Faisal Ahmed is Associate Professor of international business at FORE School of Management, New Delhi, India. His research and consulting areas include economic integration, least developed countries, WTO issues, and trade & geopolitics. He held the position of consultant to United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) and other organizations, and has also led projects supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India. He has published several research papers in refereed journals, book chapters, and monographs. He is the author of the textbook Business Environment: Indian and Global Perspective (Prentice-Hall of India, 2014). Dr. Ahmed’s numerous articles on contemporary trade and geopolitical issues have appeared in The Financial Express, Business Standard, The Economic Times, The Santiago Times, and Bangkok Post.
