Mustafa O. Attir, Ph.D., Sociology, University of Minnesota (1971) has held a number of teaching and senior university posts, among them Dean of the School of Liberal Arts, Director of the University Research Center, and University President. He has written over 150 articles and books in both Arabic and English.
