Charlene Rahall leads Arabia Monitor’s research on the Levant. Born and raised in Sierra Leone, West Africa, Ms. Rahall also covers MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa relations. She also contributes to bespoke projects Arabia Monitor is commissioned to carry out. Charlene holds a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Liverpool.
