Ms. Dady has been a partner at DC Capital Partners since the firm’s inception. She has over 20 years of investment experience ranging from investment banking to private equity. Ms. Dady is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment activities from identification of acquisition targets to working with the management teams in each of the portfolio companies to establish strategic direction and execute plans for growth and value creation.

Currently, Ms. Dady serves on the board of directors of Michael Baker International LLC, a provider of mission critical solutions to the United States Government including; construction, architecture, engineering, training, and full life cycle logistics; SC3, a provider of operational support, collection, analysis, and training to the United States Intelligence Community; Catapult Technology, Ltd., a provider of information technology and strategic management consulting solutions and The Spectrum Group, LLC, a leading Washington, D.C. based consulting firm. Ms. Dady previously served on the board of National Interest Security Company, LLC ("NISC"), a DC Capital Partners’ portfolio company.

Before joining DC Capital Partners, Ms. Dady served as a principal at Veritas Capital where she led the Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Veritas Capital, she served as chief operating officer and managing director of Quarterdeck Investment Partners, Inc. ("Quarterdeck"), a leading boutique investment banking firm specializing in the aerospace, defense, and technology sectors. Ms. Dady established the Washington, D.C. office for Quarterdeck and was responsible for managing the firm's mergers and acquisitions advisory practice.

Prior to Quarterdeck, Ms. Dady served for 20 years in the United States Navy where she served in a number of assignments including the staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Commander of Allied Forces Southern Europe, and the Department of State’s Bureau of Political/Military Affairs.

Ms. Dady is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as vice chairman of the board of directors of the National Guard Youth Foundation where she also chairs the Foundation's annual gala. Ms. Dady holds a B.A. in political science from East Tennessee State University and an M.A. in international relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Ms. Dady served as a Federal Executive Fellow at the Center for International Affairs at Harvard University.
