Niklas Keßeler is a Graduate Fellow with the Cyber Program at MEI, and a trade and investment consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). His research focuses on the usage of digital technologies for development, cybersecurity, and counterterrorism. He received an M.Sc. in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
