Emmett Colbert is the Associate Director for Corporate Relations at the Middle East Institute. In this role, he manages high-level engagement with donors and partners and facilitates strategic discussions with senior leaders and high-profile figures. He brings years of experience from the Four Seasons in Boston and Washington, DC, where he developed expertise in client relations, relationship-building, and managing complex, high-stakes interactions, all of which inform his work at MEI.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Emmett transitioned from hospitality to the non-profit sector, bringing his dedication to service and relationship-building to international affairs. He is passionate about politics and the pursuit of a stable, prosperous Middle East and is particularly focused on fostering dialogue and partnerships that advance understanding and sustainable solutions in the region.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Suffolk University.
