Samantha Libraty is the U.S. Chief of Staff and Investor Relations lead for New Era Capital Partners, a venture fund investing in technology-based global companies with a focus in the Middle East. Prior to her move to the private sector, she was a Biden-Harris administration appointee at the U.S. Department of State as a Middle East advisor. Other government roles have included serving as the Global Fragility Act Policy Advisor at USAID, Foreign Affairs Officer in the State Department’s Office of International Religious Freedom, and an Advance lead at the White House. Samantha holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a BA in International Development Studies from UCLA. She serves on a number of boards where she brings her operational and policy expertise.
