Kadir Has University’s Turkey Research Group and Global Academy has released the results of its 2021 Turkey Trends survey. Established 11-years ago, the survey is conducted every year and measures Turkish public perceptions on current issues and potential problems. Turkey Trends provides a valuable resource to understand and follow Turkey's transformation with its comprehensive data collection. This year, economic problems topped the list of concerns, followed by refugee issues in second place and COVID-19 in third. The Middle East Institute (MEI) is pleased to host Mustafa Aydin, the survey coordinator, to discuss the political priorities and concerns of the Turkish public, and Turkey’s economic and sociopolitical outlook.
