Dr. Timo Behr is a non-resident fellow at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs and a Subject Matter Expert at the Hague Center for Strategic Studies. He is also the Co-Managing Director of MacroScope Strategies, a strategy and government affairs consultancy. Timo holds a PhD from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of the Johns Hopkins University. He is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
