Yuka Kayane

Yuka Kayane is an Affiliated Researcher at the University of Tsukuba. She received her Ph.D. in Area Study from Kyoto University in 2017. She researches politics and Islam in Indonesia, especially focusing on Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). She has been conducting research mostly in East Java to explore the historical trajectory and socio-political development of NU.
