Bailey Dressner serves as Communications Assistant at the Middle East Institute (MEI), where she supports the execution of the Institute’s digital communications strategy. She helps expand MEI’s media presence by facilitating daily engagement between MEI scholars and journalists and translating complex policy work into accessible, compelling content for diverse audiences. Bailey edits podcasts, videos, and other multimedia materials to diversify the ways MEI connects with its various audiences and to amplify the work of MEI scholars. She collaborates across the Policy, Arts & Culture, and Development departments to ensure the organization’s voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful across all digital channels.

She holds a B.A. in Global Studies with a concentration in the Middle East from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
