Carol Malt, PhD is a museum director, historian, and explorer. She has been a Fulbright Senior Scholar, the Executive Director of three art museums, and curator of numerous exhibitions. She has lived in the Middle East, participated with Sir Edmund Hillary in a camel trek across northern India, is an Explorers Club member, and a private pilot. Dr. Malt is author of Women’s Voices in Middle East Museums: Case Studies in Jordan (2004), the novel The Free Woman (2003), and numerous journal articles.
