F. Faruq Achikzad is Chairman of the Raqim Foundation. He held high-level positions in Afghanistan, including Chief Economist of the Central Bank and Member of the Supreme Council of Economic Advisers (seven years). He also held senior posts at the World Bank and the UN, including serving as UN Resident Coordinator for North Korea.
