Natasha is recognized for her strategic, result-driven approach and ability to build high-performing, inclusive workplace cultures.

Natasha brings expertise in HR compliance, employment law, and risk management, and has played pivotal roles in helping businesses expand into new markets, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. She has successfully guided companies through the complexities of establishing operations in the United States, assisting international businesses in navigating payroll, tax registrations, and HR infrastructure setup to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards as well as aligning with their current values. 

Her track record includes building HR departments from the ground up, implementing policies that balance compliance with business efficiency, and fostering cultures of excellence that support long-term organizational success.

Natasha holds a master’s degree in employment law from Florida State University and is a certified HR professional, holding both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials. As the former VP of Professional Development for the Greater Miami Society of Human Resource Management (GMSHRM), she has been a key influencer in shaping HR best practices, providing guidance and leadership within the HR community.
