Natia Chankvetadze is a Non Resident Scholar at the Middle East Institute for the Black Sea Program. Ms. Chankvetadze is a PhD student at the Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University. She also works as an independent researcher and consultant in Georgia for the Levan Mikeladze Foundation, Heinrich Boell Foundation Tbilisi office, and PMC Research Center. Prior to that, Ms. Chankvetadze was working as the manager of Peace and Confidence Building Program at the Charity Humanitarian Center "Abkhazeti".
Ms. Chankvetadze has teaching and consultancy experience in the field of Peacebuilding, Conflict Transformation, Culture of Peace, and Peace Education. She has experience planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating peace and confidence building program activities. In her early career, Ms. Chankvetadze was the director of a youth non-governmental organization.

MA in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Manchester. Chevening Scholarship UK Government’s Global Award Program.
BA in International Relations from Tbilisi State University.
