Safa Chowdhury was an intern at the Oman Research Library at the Middle East Institute for the summer of 2015. She is currently completing her B.A. degree at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, studying political science, economics, and Arabic studies. She is particularly interested in the Arab-Israeli conflict and minority issues in the Middle East. Upon graduation, she would like to attend law school, eventually going on to pursue a career in foreign affairs.
