Sahar Soleimany is the Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Policy at the Middle East Institute, where she supports key projects and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of MEI's Policy Center. Before joining MEI, Sahar was a Senior Research Associate in Middle East Studies within the Foreign and Defense Policy Department at the American Enterprise Institute. Her work has been featured in The Hill, National Review, and The Dispatch, among other publications. Sahar holds a BA in English from Queens College, City University of New York, and a master's in Middle East Studies from New York University.
