Assaf David is a doctoral candidate in the department of International Relations, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem,Israel, and research fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute for International Relations, also at The Hebrew University, working on the relationship between the state, society and the military in Jordan. He is also senior consultant for Jordanian affairs at the Economic Cooperation Foundation (ECF).
