Abbas F. Zuaiter is chairman and chief investment officer of 33 Capital Management and managing member of Zuaiter Capital Holdings, LLC (ZCH). He serves as a director of The Arab Bank, plc, The Capital Holdings Funds, plc, and Trine Acquisition Corp; a member of the board of advisors of iMENA Group; and chairman of the Investment Committee at Alcazar Capital Limited.
Prior to forming ZCH, Mr. Zuaiter served at Soros Fund Management, LLC where he was a member of the Executive, Investment, Management, Capital Allocation and Risk Committees, as well as COO of the firm.
Zuaiter is a member of the International Advisory Council of the Middle East Institute and is vice chairman of ABANA (the Arab Bankers Association of North America). He has a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
