Ethan E. Dinçer is a Middle East geopolitics specialist and a consultant at London Politica. He previously chaired London Politica’s Middle East and Africa desks, focusing his work on Gulf business development, international commodity politics, and Turkish foreign and domestic policies. Currently, he is an MSc candidate and researcher at the London School of Economics, where he studies GCC sovereign wealth fund investment strategy and the politics of acquisition.
