Dr. Iliya Nickelt is the Chief Data Scientist of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). He is committed to developing infrastructure and tools for modern, data-driven policymaking, together with a dynamic team of data scientists at the BMZ data lab.
