Dr. Mohamed Abdel Raouf Abdel Hamid is Program Manager, Environment Research at the Gulf Research Center (GRC) in Dubai. He has a doctorate in environmental sciences from Ain Shams University in Egypt and has taken advanced courses in environmental management at the Augsburg University,Germany.
