Dr. Salman Saif Ghouri is a Senior Economist in the Corporate Planning Department of Qatar Petroleum. He has over 22 years oil and gas, finance, and marketing experience. He has published over 45 papers in international journals, carried a number of comprehensive studies, and has given talks at forums such as the WPC, IPTC, and GasArabia. He earned an MS and a PhD in Petroleum Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.
