Zongyuan (Zoe) Liu

Zongyuan (Zoe) Liu is a PhD Candidate at the Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University. Her dissertation topic is on the rise of Sovereign Wealth Funds in the Asian-Pacific region. Zoe has done extensive research in Persian Gulf-East Asia relations with a special focus on energy and finance, Pan-Eurasian infrastructure and logistics, Eurasia trans-regional economic interdependence, and Asian energy security. Her specialties cover trans-border mega infrastructures in emerging Asia and Eurasia, including cross-border pipelines, railways, highways, and airports.
